1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern the relationship between 777xb (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") who accesses, registers on or uses any services made available through the 777xb website located at https://777xb.cam and any associated mobile or application interfaces.

By accessing the 777xb platform, creating a player account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and, if applicable, close your account.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual player account registered and maintained on the 777xb platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's account at any given time, which may comprise Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance as separate ledgers.
• "Bonus Balance" means funds credited to an account as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity, age and address verification process required by the operator before withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" refers to the 777xb website, mobile interface and all associated services and content.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player or legitimately won and converted from Bonus Balance, which are available for withdrawal subject to verification requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed before bonus funds are converted to Real Money Balance and become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all online casino games, sports betting markets, promotions and other features made available through the Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on 777xb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity).
2. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is the greater.
3. You are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where access to the Platform is blocked or restricted by the operator.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
5. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion, operator exclusion or regulatory exclusion order that remains in force.
6. You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently seeking treatment for a gambling-related disorder, unless you have received explicit clearance from a qualified medical professional.
7. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director or immediate family member of an employee of 777xb or its affiliated operators, software providers or payment processors.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts held by that individual may be suspended and balances forfeited upon discovery.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information constitutes a material breach. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be attributed to you and treated as authorised unless you have formally notified 777xb support of an unauthorised access event.

4.4 Account Currency

Account currency is selected at registration and, unless otherwise permitted by the operator, cannot be changed thereafter. Players registering with a Pakistani Rupee (PKR) account will have all balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagering requirements and bonus thresholds denominated in PKR.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

777xb operates KYC procedures in compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer requirements. You may be required to complete identity verification at any point during your account lifecycle, including before processing your first withdrawal.

5.1 Acceptable Identity Documents

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back — or a valid passport for Pakistani players;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months);
• A selfie or liveness photograph matching the identity document;
• Payment method confirmation (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet or bank account clearly showing your registered name).

5.2 Document Integrity

Submission of altered, forged, edited or otherwise falsified documents is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Any such submission will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities. Only submit documents through the operator's official, HTTPS-secured verification portal.

5.3 Verification Timeline

777xb will endeavour to complete standard KYC reviews within five (5) business days of receiving all required documentation in legible, complete form. Additional verification checks may extend this timeline. Withdrawal requests will be held pending KYC completion.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods available in the 777xb cashier at the time of the transaction. The availability of specific payment methods, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast-enabled bank transfers, and accounts held at HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, is subject to the operator's current cashier configuration. These payment providers are referenced as familiar Pakistani options only — they do not endorse or affiliate with 777xb.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published in the cashier interface and may vary by payment method. 777xb reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large or unusual deposit volumes.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability and operator discretion. Processing times vary by method and may be affected by banking business hours and public holidays.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. The operator may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant account balances as specified in the current fee schedule published in the cashier. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

6.4 Third-Party Funding

You must only deposit funds from payment sources that are registered in your own legal name. Use of third-party funding methods, including funding from accounts registered to family members or business associates, is prohibited unless formally approved by the operator.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers made available to 777xb players are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence with respect to that promotion.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means PKR 30,000 in total qualifying bets must be completed before withdrawal of those funds is permitted. Actual multipliers are specified per promotion.

7.2 Maximum Bet Rule

While a bonus is active, a maximum bet restriction applies per round or per bet placement. Exceeding the maximum bet restriction at any point during the wagering period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings. Specific maximum bet values are disclosed per promotion.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at 100%, while table games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10% or less). Full contribution tables are published in the promotional terms.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to a time-limited validity period specified in the promotional terms. If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the stated period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

7.5 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through coordinated play, use of prohibited betting strategies, collusion, multiple accounts or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion, forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

8 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All casino games on the 777xb platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through real-time streams with trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of the platform and cannot be influenced by 777xb or the player outside of normal gameplay mechanics.

Sports betting markets are subject to the sports rules published in the sportsbook section. Bets accepted prior to a market being suspended will be honoured in accordance with the applicable sporting rules unless voided for valid reasons (e.g., match abandonment, data errors or feed failure).

777xb reserves the right to void any bet placed after a game outcome is known (commonly referred to as "courtsiding" or "past-posting") or placed using information that amounts to insider knowledge.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 777xb platform:

• Opening or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information;
• Submitting falsified, edited or fraudulent identity or payment documents;
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or mechanical devices to interact with the platform in ways not intended for regular player use;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from a platform error must be reported and are not withdrawable;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate entertainment;
• Collusion with other players, dealer assistants or platform personnel to gain an unfair advantage;
• Chargebacks on deposits — initiating a chargeback without first exhausting the operator's dispute resolution process is a material breach of these Terms.

10 Suspension & Termination

777xb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• Regulatory or licensing obligations require such action;
• The account presents unacceptable fraud, AML or compliance risk;
• The player has requested self-exclusion.

Upon termination for breach, any bonus funds and winnings derived from suspected prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation. Verified Real Money Balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player following completion of KYC verification and any applicable AML review, unless subject to a valid legal freeze.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal request.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xb and its parent companies, affiliates, directors, employees, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777xb makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the platform, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose. Temporary outages due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party infrastructure failure or force majeure events shall not constitute a breach by 777xb.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total liability of 777xb to any individual player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the value of the Real Money Balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777xb platform — including but not limited to the 777xb brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio and visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777xb or its licensor partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation from 777xb.

13 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing and use of your personal data is governed by the 777xb Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have also read and accept the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support and, where consent has been given, marketing communications. Data is never sold to third-party marketers.

14 Responsible Gambling

777xb is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly and monthly caps on the total amount that can be deposited;
• Loss Limits — caps on the total net loss permitted over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders — notifications advising how long a session has been active;
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen prompts showing session duration and net position;
• Cooling-Off Period — a temporary break from the platform ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion — a longer-term restriction of access to the platform, ranging from 6 months to permanent exclusion, with marketing communications disabled for the duration.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as a submission to the jurisdiction of any Pakistani court, government authority or regulatory body. Players in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistani gambling law may restrict their participation and that these Terms do not constitute legal advice or an assurance of lawful access.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through 777xb customer support shall be submitted to the dispute resolution process specified by the operator's licensing authority.

16 Amendments to These Terms

777xb reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, players will be notified via email to the registered address and/or by a prominently displayed notice on the platform. The updated Terms will specify a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the platform following the Effective Date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the Effective Date.
